Redmond Fire & Rescue periodically identifies equipment and other items that are no longer needed for daily operations. These items, often replaced due to upgrades, changes in standards, or excess inventory, are considered surplus. When appropriate, these surplus items are offered for sale or auction to the public, giving community members the opportunity to purchase useful items while supporting responsible reuse of public resources.
